Shipping

1.We have two express options to choose from. You can choose Yun express within 0-1kg. The price is low, and the transportation time is about 10-15 days.

2. Worldwide fast shipping by FEDEX/DHL. Usually, it may take 3-7 working days for the parcel to arrive in most countries or your place. The shipping time is also up to multiple factors, like the destination country, custom, weather and so on, which is really hard to control. This is what we are working on all the time to make it better and improved.

3. We promise to send out your order within 3 working day,Tracking number of each parcel will be provided by email after order shipped.

4. Each of your order will be safely packed with boxes/cartons/envelopebags, so please don't worry about product transportation. We take care for everything.

5. The destination costom may collect certain amount of import duty, this is determined by local policy, we will not be in charge for that. If you have any specific request of the parcel value or product names, please leave notice when placing orders.

Returns

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For non product quality problems, the freight and tax of return shall be paid by the buyer.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Ordered wrong products

If you found out you ordered the wrong products BEFORE your order is shipped (before you receive your shipping confirmation email with tracking number), you contact our customer support at sevenlashes66@gmail.com.

and we are happy to assist you with your request.

However, once the goods were shipped already, it's not possible to change your order from our end.

Please contact our team at sevenlashes66@gmail.com. once you receive the package so you can arrange return delivery immediately.

If the products were wrongly ordered, returned to us unopened, unused, in perfect condition and within 15days after receiving your item, we will issue the refund as your request.

Please note that you will be responsible for the returning shipping cost.

Glue is not the subject of a return due to its short shelf date.

If 15 days have gone by since your receive' date, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Received wrong products

If you receive the wrong products, please contact us within 7days after the products are delivered to you.

We will send you partial refund or replace the free ones.

Received broken products

If your package looks broken, please take photos before opening it.

Please check the inside goods, if any broken ones, please contact us within 7days after the products are delivered to you.

We will send you partial refund or replace the broken ones.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as liquid products).

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
