Returns

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For non product quality problems, the freight and tax of return shall be paid by the buyer.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Ordered wrong products

If you found out you ordered the wrong products BEFORE your order is shipped (before you receive your shipping confirmation email with tracking number), you contact our customer support at sevenlashes66@gmail.com.

and we are happy to assist you with your request.

However, once the goods were shipped already, it's not possible to change your order from our end.

Please contact our team at sevenlashes66@gmail.com. once you receive the package so you can arrange return delivery immediately.

If the products were wrongly ordered, returned to us unopened, unused, in perfect condition and within 15days after receiving your item, we will issue the refund as your request.

Please note that you will be responsible for the returning shipping cost.

Glue is not the subject of a return due to its short shelf date.

If 15 days have gone by since your receive' date, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Received wrong products

If you receive the wrong products, please contact us within 7days after the products are delivered to you.

We will send you partial refund or replace the free ones.

Received broken products

If your package looks broken, please take photos before opening it.
